Do work out to push aside less satisfying, constructive “busy work” or mindless distractions.
Don’t grab something convenient to eat because you’re hungry.
Do take or plan to get healthy food to eat later knowing you will get hungry.
Don’t be frustrated with your kids for watching TV, texting and laying around.
Do go on family bike rides, enjoy Frisbee or Nerf football tossing at the park, hike together or do a gym and meal date with your kids.
Don’t lament that time has gone by and you are not as fit as you used to be.
Do give your body the care it deserves so for the rest of your life your body is much healthier and more energetic than you have let it become so far.
