Wicked Cardio Circuit – Old School Style

jump ropeYou need to be able to tolerate impact (no tender knees or back) for this one, and you need to do a light warm-up before starting:

1. Rope skip (3 min)

2. Bear crawl (2 min)

3. Burpee with a leap (1 min)

Rest for one minute and then repeat the three-exercise circuit 2 – 3 times.

There. That should do it :-).
