- One can of black re-fried beans
- One small jar of Safeway Peach Pineapple Salsa
- Two avocados
- 16 oz. Fage 2% fat Greek Yogurt
- Smoked cheddar cheese
Thin the beans with the salsa to desired consistency and lay down as the bottom layer. Mix the lightly beaten avocados with some salsa to consistency and taste. a little salt and pepper is optional. Spread as the second layer. Lightly beat the yogurt (I use a large fork for both the bean mixture and the guacamole) and layer in as the third. Finally, grate the smoked cheese as the top. It will be gone that day or the next couple, I assure you :-).
