12 oz coconut water
1 C frozen organic peaches/mango/pineapple from Costco
2 loose cups org kale (bag from tjs)
1/2 c frozen pineapple (tjs)
1/2 frozen banana, juice of two lemons
1 tbsp Chia seed, 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Blend on super high, add water to thin. This is a no-protein version but it can be made with Greek yogurt too!
